Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 gets 5 stars Got two returns, one simple and one fairly complex, done in a single day. The coaching system and questions were straight forward and simple to follow. TKS for making sure this years product made the whole process doable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm Impressed! As a first time user of TurboTax and a lifelong sufferer of anxiety, I started my self-filed taxes journey WORRIED, to say the least. But as soon as I set up my account, TurboTax prompted me for every bit of needed information and even explained where to find it on my respective forms! It was so user friendly- I'm surprised it was that simple. I'll seriously never pay to have a professional do my taxes again!

As expected if you follow the step-by-step program it works extremely well for relatively simple returns (employer based income, simple 1099 type income). However for returns with more complicated income (1099B, Schedule D, Form 8949 and small business returns on Schedule C) it requires significant more effort, checking Help and IRS forms, & general understanding. It has been a major improvement to be able to import info from major investment organizations. Also some of these issues might be improved by buying more Intuit products but it is already relatively expensive.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Return Issue My return was rejected while using the deluxe package, when I went to fix my return it switched the premium package and somehow couldn't be undone. After speaking to a rep for about an hour, who told me they would help resolve the issue..it wasn't fixed. For basic filing this app is great, otherwise you start running into other issues and extra hidden fees,
