The best part is having program select the proper forms to complete and automatically fill in proper lines with the needed information. The process is fairly easy even in complex situations. The review process is great. This year everything related to Turbo Tax installed easily and updated without stalling. Importing information really helped speed up the process.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expert help not much help Needed some expert help, needed to chat due to my situation and the "expert" insisted my problem could only be solved by phone call. After explaining being on the phone was not convenient for me I was able to coerce just enough info out of her to fix the problem myself. No thanks to Shawnlee trying to help me in the manner I sought. Otherwise Turbo tax is always great, I've been here this our 3rd year running, Thank you Turbo Tax.
