Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax and Intuit, it's amazing!! So much less stress than filing myself and easier and more convenient than going to a prep service. I had two questions and requested a call back, 2 minutes later I was off the phone and finishing up my taxes. And for the questions, he was super nice, asked questions for clarity and so I knew he understood what I meant.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sent me a 30% Service Code, no where to enter it The software is fine, use it every year, this year I received a coupon "Service Code" for 30% off. No where to enter the code. Followed all instructions and live help as well. DOn't sent a discount that can't be used.
