Rated 1 out of 5 by from EXTRA FEES I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This was the first time I actually paid for the service. Started off paying just $59 but couldn't get one credit until upgraded for another $59. Then I choose to use the pay with my return feature and I had pay an additional $39 dollars. Very disappointed and will definitely look around next year instead of coming here on automatic like I have in the past.

It helps that Turbo Tax has live assistants to get you through rough patches. I'd already bought a copy from Costco yet it wanted me to pay again. It wasn't quick, but the assistant got the required information to get it done without paying a second time. Thanks!
