Rated 3 out of 5 by from Had several problems with this years Turbo Tax For some unknown reason I had several problems with this years Turbo Tax Deluxe. Some of the fields were supposed to change when I entered a number in one column but did not. There were not enough information boxes for some of the information asked for. I wanted to go back and change some information on the State portion and I was not allowed to do this. Could use a step-by-step for the State portion. When I called to get help with the program the person wanted to sign onto my computer - I was not OK with this. The person would not simple answer my question. I finally found a work around on my own. Plus I could hardly understand the person. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and this is the first time I was not happy with it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Confusing and not user friendly For anyone like me who is self employed Turbo Taxes does not make it easy to file taxes. It's also very expensive. Taxes is already complicated enough. Took me 6 hours to file taxes this year. Apps like Turbo Taxes try to drain as much money as they can out of me. They are one of the reasons taxes are still overly complicated.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made filing so much easier! So excited to file taxes using Turbo Tax! My husband has done our taxes by hand and paper for over 25 years. He hates doing it. This was so nice and I (as his wife) was able to do it using Turbo Tax. Thankful for this app!
