Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great I've been using TurboTax since 2008 and purchasing it on sale each year from Costco. Very convenient (i.e., imports data from previous year and from investment brokerages) and easy to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I will not use Turbotax again It's March 2, 2023 and I still can't print my North Carolina return. The only conclusion that I can come to is that you're trying to force your users to pay for a state E-file which I refuse to do. I will not use Turbotax again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not happy with payment choices I proceeded with T.Tx because I thought charge was $89. for that program. When completed, it charged me $129. that I did not ask for. Called T/Tx. #, spoke with someone very nice, Qiunan, gave me codes and #'s to follow, did all that & still do not know if I will get back my 39.00 paid. Set program up to be clear, and not get into anything you don't want. Now at bottom of this, before review, asked if I wanted to get confirm in mobile or e-mail, wanted to check e-mail, but only allowed mobile. NO CHOICE IN MATTER!!!! Where is my choice????
