Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very User Friendly I was dreading the use of an online Tax Preparer because I felt that in past years, I was not getting informed about every possible tax break. With Turbo Tax, I always felt like the software was very intuitive to my needs. And I also had LIVE Help to assist me if I got stuck. I'd recommend it highly!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is frustrating I would assume that for the average person Turbotax it great, for me with retirement income form a foreign country it is very frustrating. Last 2 years have been problematic. This year with late delivery of Form 1116/1116B my filing has been delayed by 1 month.

I am not excited about having my personal information stored on a cloud computer. I found the online version of Turbo Tax harder to use than the downloaded copies I have had in the past and it was not convenient having to log in every time I wanted to enter information. I did like the e-filing
