Fortunately, I was connected with Norman - who was very experienced, informed, patient and professional. I am very pleased with the service Norman provided.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expensive I paid for live assistance this year because I made a mistake and had to amend my taxes last year. The live assistant was not helpful at all, exceptionally nonspecific, and offered no special insight or help. They told me to answer all the questions. I did not feel assured and this experience undermined my confidence in filing my taxes on Turbotax. Waste of money.
