Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hang up on me every time I called 5 separate times today for the same issue and they would put me on hold for twenty minutes at a time, and the phone would hang up. I would not get a call back. It also says if you share your healthcare policy with more than one person, they will help you with the percentages, but these people had no idea what they were talking about. They told me to call the insurance company, I did. They had no answers. I called marketplace, no answers. I called back here, no answers. So I am stuck with a rejected return and zero help and if I want more help, I have to pay obscene amounts of money for it. Horrible experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great tool This is the first year I had to initiate live help for Turbo tax, due to it being my first full year of being retired. The tax assistant was great and very helpful with getting my taxes files.
