Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software is nifty but experience wasn't flawless I generally liked how the software walks you through each step. My only cautions are that going back to make corrections can be tricky and paying for a live "expert" isn't worth it. I paid extra for this service and took advantage of it four times. Only one of the folks really seemed to know what she was talking about and provided sound advice. Two were adequate. The last person I spoke with provided lousy advice and showed no interest in helping me figure out why a minor change to a data point resulted in a $16,000 increase in my tax liability. He basically said I should just pay it. I instead went back into my return and was able to fix the problem myself and avoid unnecessarily paying a lot of taxes I didn't actually owe. If your taxes are complicated enough that you need professional advice, go to a tax accountant. You're unlikely to get the help you need from TurboTax's "experts." But if your tax filing is pretty straight forward, it's a great product that'll save you time and expense.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Software does not support windows 7 The password intuit allowed me to use locked me out of the system. I had to re submit several Passwords and user names before it would allow me in. Intuit personnel were unhelpful.
