Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most efficient tax service out there! I have used this service for 2 years and it always help me get the maximum amount of tax deductions and tax breaks. Plus, it keeps my information safe and holds it till my next tax return making that much easier to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ain't Nobody better Using Turbo Tax was perfect for me for many reason's. Mainly for the fast, easy and convenience of its use. I like that all was easy to read and understand due to good instructions. I will be sure to recommend it to my friends and family.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan this year! I have done my taxes with Turbo Tax for many years now. I would say I would've done 5 stars every other year. It was easy. I've even recommended it to others. This year was different, and my information did not change from last year. We are a family of 4 still, and my husband and I have the same employment. I was not a fan of the software changes. It is not as simplified as it was before, in my opinion. I felt like it kept taking me back to the "main menu" for lack of better word choice instead of continuing to prompt me through the questions to get each section complete. I have never needed to use the chat or call in to get help. That was not the case this year. I had an error appear that I had to speak to TWO tax experts about. It was not able to be fixed the first time even with screen share. I was told to clear my cache and cookies and that may help, and to log in the next day to see if that would help. It did not. That same person said they would call me back the following day to check in, but they did not. I ended up chatting again with someone two days after my initial contact. They did not respond in a timely manner. I gave up waiting on them, so I ultimately ended up taking off of work a partial day to get this worked out by calling in. I FINALLY was able to submit them today, 4 days after initial contact. Apparently, the 1099-NEC was causing trouble within the software somehow because like I said, our information was the same as last year. I did nothing different other than change numbers. I'm not sure if it was the questions or some snag in the system, but it made this year frustrating. Frustrating enough that I'm contemplating using a different tax program next year. I may try again one more year to see if they can work this out since I have been so happy with it in the past.

Unfortunately because of Covid we were unable to get an appointment this year with them and seeing we never had any issues with Turbo Tax from prior years decided to go back to doing this years taxes with them

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TOO EXPENSIVE Turbo Tax is easy enough to use, but $180.00 to use this and print and mail file, is ridiculous, when you don't qualify for any tax return, and barely getting by.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great service! I had a lot of change in my last year for my taxes and wanted to get everything done right. At first I started my usual start up with doing my taxes myself. Then it got complicated and I asked for help. I chose the agent, Julie to do my taxes for me. She was amazing. Very efficient, patient and strives for service. I couldn't have made an easier choice. Thank you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Business and Home is good software I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years or so. It's always time consuming and tedious, but so is collecting all the data for an accountant or tax service. I like to see how the tax system works and how my handling of finances affects my taxes, so I prefer to do my own taxes. It's never been fun, only enlightening. I can't compare this to other tax software.
