User-friendly, if you have any questions you can just search the question you have, and it brings up the solutions and explanations. When I did have a human question, the people were so nice, understanding, and really helpful. I'm so relieved to have my taxes done! I can always rely on TurboTax to make tax season more tolerable. Thank You!
