I had a few questions and engaged the Live help, Debra was very patient with me and helped me answer all of my questions allowing me to feel comfortable to file

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the only tax software I'll ever use I've used Turbo Tax for 13+ years and it's the only tax software I'll ever use. I used it to check my CPA's return in 2010 and got the exact same refund so I haven't used a CPA since. That 2010 was a complicated return and that's why I wanted a CPA to do my taxes that year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from not happy Everything was easy, and no real hitches until all of the screens trying to get me to upgrade my service for a fee. I kept clicking on the no upgrade button until almost the end and then on one page it didn't give me the option and I had to upgrade to the $35 file. I was ok with it at first until I saw the $78 charged to my account. Next year I will be filling with H&R block.
