Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is streamlined and easy to use I don't usually upgrade to the live service and prefer to handle the filing with TurboTax myself; however, this year was a special case. I noticed that the solar tax credit was incorrect and needed to confirm with a specialist; therefore, I upgraded to the live deluxe product in order to speak with an agent directly. She confirmed the issue and raised a ticket to the company/developers and the issue was resolved before the filing deadline. Although I had to pay more for this service, it was worth it to address the problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from ERRONEOUS CHARGES When paying with credit card, the total amount isn't shown. Signed up for free tax service and charged $261.00 on my credit card. Customer service absolutely a waste of time. All I wanted is to cancel the payment, then re-submit the correct total. Imagine, turbo tax being to efficient for taxes, but when a refund is required, its a form to print and mail.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I only use turbo tax because of convenience. It started out easy, then year by year it became more difficult. Three years in a row, I've had a difficult time filling out info only useful to the government. I'm poor as dirt and get scrutinized as if I were a criminal. The easy is gone, replaced with what the heck. I'll probably do taxes one more year.
