Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has gotten a lot better and easier I only had one problem which I was able to resolve on my own. I had forgotten to include my IP pin number and had a hard tome finding where to go but search found it for me and explained nicely how to do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you TurboTax Live After years of filing using TurboTax software, I attempted to using another software (which was provided to me for free) and failed miserably because it was too confusing. Switched back to TurboTax (immediately better) and started to do the taxes on my own, but realized I needed help with some tricky situations (state move, in and out of the military, early withdrawal from retirement plans, and capital gains). So I decided to go with TurboTax Live and it was the best $$ I have spent this year. Saved me so much time and peace of mind that things were being done correctly. Also saved me the hassle of calling around to find a tax professional and it was a breeze to upload all my documents. The platform was super easy to use, and the one-way video call was perfect. I could do some other chores/tasks while still being available to answer questions/confirm things as my tax professional was completing the returns. I was surprised how efficiently it was done and even the second review didn't take very long to finish. I would definitely recommend this service and I will definitely use it again when our tax situation is not straight forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax! I love that you guys give military members a discount. I purchase max benefits every year in case of Audits or Identity theft. I am able to use the amount I save from filing into this protection! 10/10 would recommend it for other Military members.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from turbo tax is horrid. I've used turbo tax for years. but this is the last time I will use it. My return has been rejected and there is no way to determine why. there is no rejection code and all the information given doesnt match what I have. You are useless
