Rated 1 out of 5 by from I Hate Intuit The software consistently forgets answers and makes you reenter the same information multiple times. It is regularly confused by standard bank and financial institution forms. Worst of all, Intuit (who makes TurboTax) lobbies the federal government to keep the tax code complex and confusing, so that they can protect their income stream from TurboTax. I hate TurboTax and Intuit.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier Download is Software only I was really under the impression when i purchased this from Costco that it was just a promo code to use the online version of Turbo Tax, and not an installed software on my computer. Although I didn't mind the software version, it was fairly easy to navigate, I really didn't like that it's not compatible with the online version. I even tried to call the help support and the help support really isn't equipped and knowledgable with the software version. This was a hugely negative experience overall. I've used Turbo Tax 4 or 5 years in a row now and I think next year I'll be changing. The prices keep going up, and every year i seem to have some new issue using Turbo Tax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hang up on me every time I called 5 separate times today for the same issue and they would put me on hold for twenty minutes at a time, and the phone would hang up. I would not get a call back. It also says if you share your healthcare policy with more than one person, they will help you with the percentages, but these people had no idea what they were talking about. They told me to call the insurance company, I did. They had no answers. I called marketplace, no answers. I called back here, no answers. So I am stuck with a rejected return and zero help and if I want more help, I have to pay obscene amounts of money for it. Horrible experience.
