Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premier was Awesome!! no more diy George was spectacular in understanding my concerns and navigating me through them while being very courteous and efficient. One note for improvement was on the the intake of documents in the checklist. It seemed that some of the document categories I expected to see did not render on the screen. I uploaded the docs and got some help from the assistant to make sure all was well before being matched with the tax expert.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from $$$ I'm upset that its expensive now. I picked the most basic version of everything and still had to pay $126 in fees. This is way too much. I also feel mislead because it appeared that I would only have to pay $59.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax Help Is Not Helpful Whenever I tried to get a question answered using TurboTax Help in the desktop version, I never found an answer to the question. Also, when I clicked on the Explain This link on some screens, the program opened the Intuit website and no answers were to be found there either. ALSO, after I filed my federal and state returns there was a page to print/save my return. I chose the Print button, but it just gave me a Preview with no option to print the document I had generated.
