The help chat box is great for everything I need. My taxes aren't super complex, so I feel proud and great that I can do my taxes on my own, of course with the help of TurboTax.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from hidden fees galore for a simple tax return they sure do charge out the WAZOOO. It's their program i understand but if I am utilizing it myself it shouldn't cost more than paying someone to do it. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!
