Rated 3 out of 5 by from The rating is a 3 I had wonderful service from those who answered my questions. The service is deceiving. I signed up for a live chat on Feb. 26, 2023 at the cost of $89 dollars, but once I completed the process I was charged $129 dollars for the live service which does not reflect a charge that I clicked on and accepted. This $40 dollar up charge is very disappointing and will definitely deter my future use of this service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from misleading MI state filling fee We were planning to e-file our MI state tax return thinking the total fee was $20 minus the $10 club store credit. After going through all the hoops to be verified through your website, we found that you would charge us $25 instead of the $20 stated in your software. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works so well even I have confidence to file mysel Easy to move last years data over to this years form. Great to import all the various forms data directly into our return. The progress bar is great encouragement and motivation to keep plowing through. Grateful to have found this several years ago and haven't missed my old tax guy a bit.
