Rated 2 out of 5 by from Several hiccups when filing 2020 taxes I've been using TurboTax for the last 10 years or more without issues but ran into several problems this year. Issue 1) After purchasing a new copy of TurboTax from Costco I was unable to license it online because the license was already registered. I purchased another copy from Costco and meanwhile worked with TurboTax to get a refund for the original purchase, which eventually came after several weeks. I was again unable to license the new copy of TurboTax from Costco but ended up using it to file taxes in the interest of meeting the tax deadline. Issue 2) Paid additional fees to file taxes electronically but filing was rejected, and there is lack of information / support as to why it is rejected. TurboTax states two reasons for it being rejected. Either the AGI from previous year is incorrect, or the Self-Select PIN from last year doesn't match. My AGI is correct. Regarding Self-Select PIN from last year, there is not way to recover this aside from calling IRS (good luck with that). Yet, the Self-Select PIN supposedly can be any random number aside from all zeros. I'm going to now mail my return and ask for a refund for electronically filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not compatible with Mac iOS High Sierra Complete crap that you cannot use on High Sierra anymore. Had to use the extremely slow family iMac that had a newer iOS. Ugh. Thanks for the headache TurboTax.
