Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much better than doing taxes the old fashion way. Turbo Tax is much better than doing taxes on paper. The program guides you seamlessly through the process, even on complex issues. Try that with IRS bulletins.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unable to file state I am not able to file state, keeps getting rejected based on the code CA Charitable contribution. I've called Turbo people couple of times, the 2nd time I was on the phone forever and they ended up hanging up on me. Both times the issue was not resolved but afterwards I'll get an email saying case is closed. OMG, I paid premium too. I just got fed up so I am mailing my state tax returns like back in the caveman days. I am not using Turbo next year.

I like that they have the informational subject listed to help in explaining what certain topics mean or any changes to tax regulations. I like that they review everything before filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is good but get ready for the PRICE $$$$ Turbo Tax is a good product but they are starting to get as expensive as a regular in person tax guy, And nickle & dimming you for every little thing. i.e ( Charging you a service fee for taking the money out of your Fed return ) . When your already paying them for the filing.
