Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still Can't E-File Last year I ended up printing out and snail mailing my return. This year, the system has rejected my e-file once....will try again. But, if it doesn't go thru Turbo Tax electronically to the IRS and state, then I'm going to look for a different filing tool.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THIS YEAR WAS TERRIBLE COULD NOT USE "SEARCH" AS TURBOTAX WOULD NOT ACCEPT KEY STROKES. COULD NOT FIND WHAT I NEED. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICES THREE TIMES ONLY TO BE CONNECTED TO SOMEONE I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THEIR ACCENT AND BECAUSE THE CONNECTION WAS HORRIBLE. THREE TIMES THIS HAPPENED.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax full service review Even if you have significant complications on your return such as sales of stocks and bonds and property transactions, filing through TurboTax full service is a good way to go. The service has improved year to year and the response this year has been quick, and thorough. Definitely would recommend.

Turbo Tax made it very easy to file my first "Married Filing Joint" return and I look forward to having Turbo Tax help me add my first child as a dependent, next year!
