Even though I was supposedly "transferred" to a Although I was supposedly "transferred" to a CPA, I never got connected with one. But one of the later Specialists was able to answer my question (how to handle mortgage refinancing points not shown on ny 1098). Altogether, though, the experience was OK. A few more instructions on your web site would have made life much easier, though!
