It takes 5 minutes at least every time you revisit, very frustrating also when on long pages entering tax information on everything the only way to scroll down is to slide side bar on the computer, it would make it so easy if you could just page down or slide within the page. lets get more user friendly. cmon..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from unable to speak with anyone concerning my filing. I purchased Turbo Tax from Staples, I don't have a CD drive therefore I downloaded . Apparently, when I downloaded the software It was to work from the Turbo site and not my laptop. Could not get anyone at Turbo to see how this could be addressed. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and was not happy with this experience.
