Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Turbo Tax responded by phone quickly and their tax consultants were friendly and knowledgeable. My biggest complaint was trying to find fields when I was trying to revisit or go back to make changes to an entry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbotax STATE was horrible It clearly says that the cost for filing the state tax is $20.00 plus tax. When I tried to file it wanted to charge me $25.00 plus tax. I called customer service and he clearly does not know his job. H tried to tell me that the cost was different for each state. There is nothing in this program that tells me any other price but $20.00. Probably will use a different program next year. I have used Turbotax for over 20 years.Sorry I have to leave you.
