Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service and Makes Taxes a Breeze! I've been using Turbo Tax since the days it came in a box. This year I upgraded to the Live chat option and it was well-worth the additional $50. I was able to get questions answerered about self-employment expenses. And when I accidentally upgraded to a service I didn't need I was given a code to not be charged for the upgrade. Turbo Tax is well worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Got it done in one sitting For an over 70 year old -- not at all tech savvy guy -- was somewhat confusing / complicated -- lot of unanswered question still after completion....Free AARP tax help people - past 6-7 years was much easier
