Rated 3 out of 5 by from I use this because I have to Got caught in an endless loop while working through my 1099 forms, the charges at the end suddenly have a $39 convenience fee, and there's no obvious way to go back and change the method to drop the convenience fee. I don't love turbotax. I use it because it's cheaper and more convenient than going to someone in person.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 5 stars right up until Payment Product works well but payment process is extremely opaque, bordering on fraudulent as I was not able to enter in code of pre-purchased software and I was also charged for Live when I did not use it. will be pursuing a refund for Live and pre-purchased software immediately. I have used TurboTax for 5 years and I also use other Intuit products and if I do not get this resolved, I will be switching all of them.
