Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Awesome It was very easy to use Turbo Tax. I have used them before and have been very pleased with the service. My tax expert was punctual - always on time for our calls. I had some unique questions to be resolved with my return. CPA support was sort to reach a resolution and I was given a clear explanation as to how their decisions were reach. Turbo Tax experts are professional, personable, and easy to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I keep going back to Turbo Tax I like that Turbo Tax makes it easy to do my taxes. I wish though that the fees were not so high and that I can get my full refund without the high fees coming out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got stuck and Phone Chat got me unstuck! Everything was going along smoothly and hit a snag at the very end. I requested a phone chat and Inuit Rep. Lori was a huge help. Taxes DONE!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still Can't E-File Last year I ended up printing out and snail mailing my return. This year, the system has rejected my e-file once....will try again. But, if it doesn't go thru Turbo Tax electronically to the IRS and state, then I'm going to look for a different filing tool.
