I haven't ever had a problem with it getting something wrong, and the built-in help is usually good at guiding me through the process. BUT... it's constantly trying to sell me more stuff. Turbotax MAX, CreditKarma, etc. etc., it gets offered to me multiple times during the process, sometimes in "dark pattern" ways that make it harder to see how to say no, and it's very annoying. Also, new annoyance this year, when filling out my HSA details, it asked me for a specific number from a specific line from last year's tax form. This is something that clearly could have been automated, since you already have my tax return from last year. (Also, I had to turn off my adblocker to even leave a review, which makes no sense. I'm going to come back and drop this to a 1-star review if I get any sort of spam because of this.)
