But I can't give you 5 stars because I found it extremely frustrating to stop your program from trying to file my state taxes. You used to have a button saying something like "Do you want to file your state taxes?" somewhere near the review process for federal, but you took it away. It's obvious you're trying to force people to spend another $39 to file state taxes and it's wrong to do that. Because of this, I will seek out, for the first time in nearly 40 years, a new tax filing program next year.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive I have a $2.00 difference on my Health Marketplace and had to purchase your “deluxe” version to file. Overall, I paid $138.00 to file. I’m only getting $501.00 back. I’ll never use this service again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unmatched Support I have never been knowledgeable on the topic of tax returns. The process always came off as nerve wrecking to me. This establishment is a world-leading savior to all employees as myself. As long as you don't have any other technical assets, credits and incomes to account for, Intuit can lift an IMMENSE weight off your shoulders. And even if you do, this team has a very kind offer for FULL PREMIUM SERVICE where you barely touch anything. Whatever the charge, it is well justified. It takes a lot to conduct this sort of work and these great people are trained professionals. I recommend TurboTax by Intuit to ANYONE that sweats when staring at a W-2 form.
