Rated 3 out of 5 by from Advertised one price, then charged me more... I was advertised a price of $169 for live turbo tax help. I got charged $209 for the service at the end. Very sneaky. There should be a warning or an update that the discount they offer wasn't going to be the actual price. The live turbotax people were very nice but I was expecting knowledge that wasn't already found in the help section. Could have done without the service, especially since it was more expensive than they advertised it for. Didn't think that was legal, but whatever. Lesson learned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Tax Service Ever! I had a question about my W2 when fifling. This is my 6th year filing with Turbo Tax and I have never used the live agent feature...I am so glad I did! She was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. Best tax service around. Thank you, Turbo Tax!
