Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unnecessarily expensive. Charge to buy the software. Charge to buy a new state. Charge to buy e-file. I would drop your company in a heartbeat. The only reason I used this software is because a credit karma tax got bought out and can't file multi state.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My accountant was SUPER helpful! I was unsure about how to proceed with a form I got in the mail from Virginia's Department of Taxation (1099-G). I had gone through the TurboTax process myself, but never saw a place to input this information, so I went ahead and scheduled a call with a TurboTax accountant. My TurboTax accountant that called me was very nice, willing to help, and was very useful in the knowledge she had. Together we were able to understand how to go back and input the correct information in the 'Income and Wages' portion of my tax return. She was also very helpful in walking me through where I should find information in my previous year's tax return.
