Rated 1 out of 5 by from I hate Turbo Tax First, I couldn't get it to work due to account creation issues. I actually had to open a new email address in order to create. Second, It is not very user friendly. And it even makes the user sign in to their account in order to print the return. Third, My returns were rejected. Then when I tried to resubmit, it tried to charge me another $25 to process. This is after I already paid a $40 processing fee and $25 filing fee. I will not use Turbo Tax again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1041 Estate Return Did not feel as comfortable as other TurboTax products I've used in the past. Populating the K-1s required allocation of percentages to beneficiaries that was not asked in the interview process. This was the first time using this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Annoying Process Made Easier TurboTax makes the wildly annoying and frustrating process of filing taxes as simple as can be. The ability to scan documents in using our smartphones is great, and it's wonderful that our information is stored year to year so we save time filing. Plus the little graphics and animations as you move through the process are a nice touch.
