Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible experience this year Turbotax site crashed several times, and also led me into an endless loop asking for the same info over and over again. Ive been using Turbotax for many many years and never had this issue. My taxes are fairly simple, with no changes, and the import of my forms was very glitchy this time… kept freezing and had to log out and in several times before I could continue. I spent $178 for really sub par service this year. I don’t know if I will use it again : (

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great way to file- been using for years except…. I love using turbo tax, it’s easy, safe, and very quick. The thing I hate is how they are trying to use my info for their own purposes, they always got pop up ads which is very frustrating on top of filing taxes. Turbotax should go back to just being a great tax file service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saved 🕰️ and 💲 Used the self-help program which walked me through each stage of the form and gave me info on any aspect of the process which I didn't fully understand and then checked my work to confirm no errors or overlooked items. I also had opportunities to review my work and data at each stage of the process. Didn't use the automatic data input for my W-2 info though it was available. Added the state completion and efile options along with the identity-thief protection and audit services JIC. Didn't have to use the expert advice since the helps gave me the answers I needed to complete each section this time but it's nice to have the expert option JIC [especially if questions or issues arise later]. Have used this software for 5 years with no problems related to either the forms themselves or getting my refund for the previous 4. And I didn't have to relearn the tax code all over again. 👍👍👍👍
