Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax good but as NYS Efile not available yet? Turbo tax Business 2022 good but as of 3/4/23 I and many other people are not able to efile their state? In my case this is for NY though I was able to Efile the federal. My second challenge is when entering property expense detail I'm not easily able to see the total expense. My third point is the balance sheet entry is very cumbersome as it does not show both assets and liability on same form in a simple to see.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LIVE IS AWFUL! NEVER USING AGAIN! This experience was AWFUL! I had to get redirected and connected with half a dozen different people because there was ALWAYS a technical issue on their end. Robo calls got disconnected, computer interface didn't work, rescheduling, etc. It took 5 times longer to file than if I had done it myself. I had to file by the 28th of February to get the $40 early bird discount which I missed because of the long delays and reschedules. What a miserable experience. I can see this maybe being useful if you have extremely complicated tax returns but if you have very little to declare or deduct, just do it yourself. I have used turbotax self-file for several years and never had an issue. Just stick with that.
