Rated 2 out of 5 by from Troubled I’ve been using Turbo Tax for about 15 yrs. this year I decided to try using one of the agents from Turbo Tax. I was disappointed. We seemed to have communication problems. We didn’t seem to be in sync from the beginning. I don’t blame the Agent, it just wasn’t a good match. I didn’t feel comfortable. So I can’t say I was 100% satisfied.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Linkage to Form 2210 needs to be fixed Inability to use Form 2210 resulted in $68 higher penalty than I was legally obligated to pay. After three interactions with you customer support team no resolution was reached and I filed and paid the higher penalty amount. Did not have same problem last year using TurboTax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very helpful and generally easy to use Almost all of the data input is simple to use. I have found a few (i.e., disaster input) provides less guidance than I would like. Examples are for total loses versus more complex issues such as partial loss (part of a roof for example). Suggestions for that are not available on either the forums or FAQs. Also, business deductions are a bit messy. However, overall, this is best package I have used and will stay with TurboTax, especially with the ease of importing financials.
