Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fine, Not Great. The user-friendly interface was nice. However, we do not feel that the cost of the Turbo Tax Live was worth the price. Our questions for the live representative were not confidently answered and were unclear. We expected more from the product and resources. I'm not confident that my family would use the TurboTax Live feature again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just one Problem Easy to use, as usual. This year I e-filed the Federal first, and tried to e-mail the State return a week later (Federal return had been accepted.) The program would not let my e-file the State, so I had to send ina printed copy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax makes it easy to do myself. I have done my own taxes for two years now. Before that I was paying to have them done. I have even compared my results to those of H&R block and they were nearly identical, except I saved money on the filing!
