Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor customer service Filing had a couple frustrating sections, and attempting to use the live service led to getting put on hold, being immediately disconnected, and then there was no attempt to reconnect. When I tried to use turbo tax last year to file my return, it took customer support days to fix my issue. In the end it worked, but very much so not worth the money.
