However, being able to speak to an actual person when i had questions was extremely helpful. I have a great woman that assisted me. She was very patient and kind. I can tell she was serious about he job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turned out it was free. For a simple tax return it seemed to take a long time. And I was given the oportunity to print out a copy of my finished Fed. and state returns. Thats a total bummer. Maybe they'll email me a copy. other wise I won't use them again.
