Rated 4 out of 5 by from Think twice before selecting TorboTax Live Not sure, but I believe TurboTax users now have to select a TurboTax product soon after the process of entering your information is initiated. You can select the less expensive product, enter your tax info, and add Max Defender as you're finishing up. That costs about $100 less than the TurboTax Live product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the BEST!! I have used Turbo Tax for years. One of my friends suggested another provider last year and it was so BAD!! They messed up my return completely and then wouldn't take responsibility for it. I will never use any service besides Turbo Tax again! So easy and accurate!! Love Turbo Tax!!! See you next year!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I got forced Turbo tax live addition I did my taxes online and somehow I was forced the "turbo tax live addition" into my tax preparing process, and I contacted them for a refund many times but was denied a refund. I'm very upset because I never used turbo tax live addition.
