Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax has some work to do. 1- We have been using Turbo Tax for years and this year pertinent data was not imported from last year's filing. 2- Estimated tax vouchers were printed back-to-back instead of singly. 3- Program repeatedly refused "payer's zip code."

Rated 4 out of 5 by from May be Slipping I found the answer to questions posed during the interview can be improved. There are a number of questions posed e.g. do you have questions on foreign taxes paid? The program simply takes you to a question box. If you type in the same question you may not even get a discussion related to your question. If your program poses the question it should automatically take you to an answer.

ADVISORS WERE PATIENT, THOROUGH, AND VERY HELPFUL. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE TURBO TAX FOR FUTURE YEARS TO COME AND AM SO THANFUL FOR THIS SEVICE.
