Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was broken this year bad experience with not being able to pay my state filing fee. Turbo Tax support at several levels was not able to assist. They promised to get back to me and never did. This is the last year I use Turbo Tax. I have discontinued my Advantage plan

I didn't do contributions and it would not fix. Took over an hour to keep just putting in 0.00 this glitz needs fixed..
