Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax review The software seems to have some glitches with carrying over bank statements that it has record of from prior years. Seems to include extra "forms" with "0" amounts that I have to update/delete. Also, I realized THIS year that my last year return was incorrect b/c TurboTax made me re-enter my 1098, so it duplicated my interest and real estate tax deductions. It did the same thing to me this year, it would like let me complete, without re-entering those values, and when I rechecked it, it showed them listed twice. Had I not noticed in comparison that my last year deductions were double the value of this year, I would not have realized I was incorrectly filed. Otherwise, the Live chat experts were very good. Very attentive and helped me address multiple issues on the same call. Showed very good customer service that is lacking in most companies these days.
