Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is overpriced There's a reason Turbo Tax waits until the end to tell you the final cost of your tax preparation - because, its overpriced. They've priced it where it is worth doing your taxes on your own using snail mail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is out of this world.(fantastic) I have for the most part use Turbo Tax because it has made it easy to do my taxes right. I think if it wasn't for Turbo Tax I would be struggling to file my taxes even though I missed one year. my 2021 was for some reason I forgot. It wasn't because of Turbo Tax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 Turbo Tax There are some new changes to Turbo Tax this year as you navigate thru. Screen changes, prompts, etc but nothing to get you rattled. I did have some problems this year downloading my 1099 R info. I wasn't sure if it was TT or my investment company so I reported it. Seems like an extra box thru the database download off for each 1099 R. I was able to correct manually though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Live help was not great Live help took too long to answer questions. Nowhere to put my HELOC interest paid. Other areas easy some not. For the price I could have had someone else do this for us. No money saved. Disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Anyone can do it I have been doing my own tax returns with TurboTax since I've been 17. It really does make it easy so that anyone can do it. I always do the most basic package and it always seem to work out fine.
