Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax Everything was fine until the VERY LAST button. You would not let me change my phone number. You wanted to send a text to me and I have a land line on file. But when I tried to change to me cell phone I couldn't do it. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast and Easy to Use Very Happy filing my returns easily and quickly and most importantly for FREE! They do of course try to upsell you to the premium paid version but they are not aggressive about it at all. I was finished filing in probably less than 15 minutes time overall provided mine were pretty simple and I had my information ready to go. Thank you Turbo-Tax, have used them three years in a row now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax saved the day! I had a variety of additional entries to my taxes for 2020, I made a few errors but thankfully Turbo Tax reviewing process caught them. My taxes were completed in one sitting! Something finally went right regarding 2020!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo tax- hidden fees everywhere I started filing my taxes with turbo tax about 5 years ago. When I filed it then the fee for an upgraded filing service was 50 dollars and you could CHOOSE that. For the past couple years when I've logged in to file its prompted me for the same upgrade, which I choose. At the end of my return, however it slaps on all these hidden services that you can't opt out of. My total paid to turbotax this year was 230 dollars!!! 230. 2 3 0. I don't understand. I find it deceitful and I'll be moving on to a new service next year because I am sick of it.
