Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax is ok I thought i was using free turbo tax, but come to find out, i was not. I thought when I paid on march 1 $63.43 i was paying and fed taxes were filed (fed 59.00) come to find out it was not paid and not filed, so now i am paying again and filing my taxes correctly and finally. i am not a very happy camper for using turbo tax this year. not sure i will use again next year or not

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great Getting help is a nightmare The program is super easy, been using it for years. Hit a major snag this year when the program wouldn't accept my credit card. After 2 days trying and 5 hours on the phone last (calls continually being dropped)night Holly was very helpful. She identified the problem but thought I needed tech support as she couldn't fix it. She put in a call back to tech support but they never called me back. so this morning I tried another call. Jeremy was able to get me on with a supervisor and Kerry solved the problem. I am happy I was finally able to file my taxes. Very unhappy it took 2 and a half days to get the problem solved resulting in filing and paying late. will be even more unhappy if I have a penalty
