Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and full featured This was the second time I've used TurboTax to file my daughter's taxes for her. It was easy, and complete. I told her, she's doing her taxes on her own next near because TurboTax makes it so easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a great do yourself software tool Walk Through Guides are great but some review correction items are not clear. It needs reason for data correction and why forms/ and worksheet you are correcting are needed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax didnt help me I had two 1099R forms for RMD distributions held at Fidelity Investments, a total of $1572.79 was withheld by NYS. The Turbo Tax program would NOT let me file this withholding. The help line was not able to help and no representative answered or return my calls.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Difficult to use Kept trying to use free and than at the end I had no choice but to pay for it but than you charged me an extra $50 for State would have been cheaper to buy one from Staples, Costco or other store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from IVE USED TURBOTAX FOR 30 YEARS AND STILL LOVE IT! The program is better than it was last year. Doing my taxes on TurboTax over the past 35 years has been a blessing for me. I prefer doing them in-contrast to paying someone else to do them not knowing if they answer the right questions. Just wish the State program was as good as the federal program.
