Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Service I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. My only grip is that you are not allowed to down grade your product choice, after the fact. Now I know that would be stupid, but if you did not use any of the products advantages during the tax process, then you should be able to downgrade. I mean if you get Live Deluxe and use none of the Live benefits, you should be able to downgrade to just Deluxe. Other than that, TurboTax is awesome!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful and easy to use Turbo tax makes it easy to enter the the tax information but there are some annoying things about like when you go back and edit a section, it seems to loop you thru the same question which dont seem to be affected by the part you edited. It would be great to give the user the option to go thru every thing or jump to the end (or whever they were before they jumped to a previous section) after the user is done editing that particular section. In my case, Live expert asked to enter my multiple state returns in a particular order which so that i receive credit for tax paid to another state. However, the software did it in the reverse order and so I has to delete my State return and start over. But I am glad that I asked the tax expert and their advice was very valuable.
