Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Review The Live was okay. 99% of the time they send you a product expert that does not deal with tax questions and you have to keep calling back to receive an actual tax expert. I will say the final expert I received was good at his job with only 7 years of experience. Each of the people who call to assist you seem to want to hurry you off the phone even though you are paying $200 to have them walk you through your taxes. It is kind of disappointing that you spend the $200 and you get rushed off the phone and also don't receive the military discount with the live assistance.
