Rated 2 out of 5 by from Way to expensive and miss leading charges I decided to give it one more try this year. Big mistake. The photo upload of documents did not work even after multiple tries. State return dropped several hundred dollars after I clicked continue at the finale review of state. I was chatting with one of their representatives who was remoted into my screen. I questioned the additional $64 to file together. I stated in the chat that I did not want to pay the additional $64. Was told to click continue and I would not be charged. My fault for not checking immediately but I was charged $64. Reached out again. The only thing I was offered was a $20 coupon, but I would have to cancel the order and wait 24 - 48. Never using them again. I'd rather spend the extra money on a local accountant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much smoother this year Submitting my paperwork "checklist" went smoother than last year or the year before when I used Full Service. My TT-supplied accountant was prompt and quick. She did everything in a two-hour session and a quarter-hour call-back session.
